**Randy Miller, CIC, CRM, AAI, AU — President and Founder**
Randy founded Trinite in 2008 after recognizing a significant opportunity to serve the insurance needs of staffing firm owners. He holds four professional designations: Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Accredited Adviser of Insurance (AAI), and Associate Underwriter (AU). Randy graduated from the University of Iowa with a BBA in Finance and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship in 2005.

**Tina Miller — Vice President and Co-Founder**
Tina co-founded Trinite in 2011 and oversees operations and growth. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a BBA in Management. Prior to Trinite, she served as an Executive HR Trainee at Nestle Purina and as Human Resources Director at DAC, Inc. in Eastern Iowa.
